IL-6和IL-2在老年抑郁症中的表达及意义

目的通过老年抑郁症患者抗抑郁治疗前后HAMD评分变化及测定免疫炎症细胞因子IL-6和IL-2水平变化来分析老年抑郁症与细胞因子之间的联系,探讨其中的机制,为临床工作提供一些新思路。方法对31例老年抑郁患者抗抑郁治疗前后进行HAMD量表（24项）评分。使用减分率作为治疗前后的疗效判定标准：减分率=[（治疗前HAMD积分-治疗后HAMD积分）/治疗前HAMD积分]×100%,减分率≥75%为显效,74%～25%为有效,〈25%为无效。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定31例老年抑郁患者抗抑郁治疗前后、28例无心理障碍者血清中IL-6、IL-2的水平。结果抗抑郁治疗前抑郁症组（实验组）的IL-6、IL-2水平显著高于对照组,在抗抑郁治疗后HAMD评分显著下降（P〈0.05）,且IL-6、IL-2水平较治疗前明显下降。结论在老年抑郁症发病中IL-6、IL-2可能起到重要作用,存在免疫方面的异常,抗抑郁治疗对IL-6、IL-2的稳态有改善作用。

Expression and significance of IL-6 and IL-2 in the senile depression

Objective To study the difference of the serum Interlenkin-6（IL-6）、 Interlenkin-2（IL-2） levels of the patients with senile depression before and after anti depression treatment,and explore the role of cytokine in the process of senile depression.Methods The ELISA method was used to detect and enumerate the serum IL-6、IL-2 levels of 31 patients with senile depression before and after anti depression treatment,and as well as that of 28 patients with non-psychological disorder.Results The serum IL-6、 IL-2 levels of the depression team were higher than that of controls,the difference was statistically significant.（P＆lt;0.05）,and after the anti depression treatment the serum IL-6、 IL-2 levels of the depression patients reduced,the difference was statistically significant.（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion IL-6、 IL-2 may play a vital role in the process of senile depression.And there are immune abnormalities in the etiology and pathogenesis of senile depression,antidepressant treatment may have a certain influence on IL-6、 IL-2.
