氯沙坦与福辛普利治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症疗效对比观察

目的对氯沙坦与福辛普利治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症效果进行对比分析,指导临床应用。方法随机选择我院2009年8月至2011年8月原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症对象79名,分成A、B两组,A组治疗组对象45名,给予氯沙坦药物治疗;B组对照组对象34名,给予福辛普利药物治疗。结果经治疗,A组治疗组对象痛风性急性关节炎、痛风石沉积及关节畸形等病症恢复优于B组,收缩压和舒张压均明显低于B组,心率低于B组对象,治疗有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组。结论氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症,对象病症恢复较好,有效率较高,效果明显。

Losartan and fosinopril treatment of primary hypertension and hyperuricemia effects were compared

Objective Comparative analysis of the treatment of primary hypertension and hyperuricemia effect of losartan and fosinopril guide clinical application.Methods Random selection of our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 with essential hypertension complicated the hyperuricemia object 79 were divided into A and B groups,A group therapy group object 45,to give the medication losartan;recovery of 34 control groups object given fosinopril medication.Results After treatment,group A treatment group of objects acute gouty arthritis,tophi deposition and joint deformities symptoms return better than group B,systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than in group B,heart rate lower than that in group B object,the treatment efficiencythan in group B,the incidence of adverse reactions than in group B.Conclusion Losartan treatment of primary hypertension and hyperuricemia object illness better recovery,efficient,the effect is obvious.
