女性生殖道支原体感染的耐药性分析

目的分析女性生殖道支原体感染的耐药性,给临床合理用药提供指导。方法对2010年6月至2011年6月我院妇科门诊接诊的220例阴道分泌物异常的患者进行支原体培养和药敏实验,并用统计学对结果进行分析。结果 220例患者中,支原体感染患者68例,支原体总阳性率为30.9%,Uu阳性率为69.1%,Mh阳性率为7.4%,两者混合感染率为23.5%。通过支原体对抗生素的耐药结果的检测,发现强力霉素、美满霉素和交沙霉素对支原体敏感度较高,位于前三位。结论强力霉素、美满霉素等可作为生殖道支原体感染的首选药物,在检测支原体的同时做药敏试验对临床合理用药具有指导意义。

Drug Resistance Analysis in Female Genital Infection of Mycoplasma

Objective Analyze the resistance of Mycoplasma infection of the female reproductive tract,and to provide guidance to the clinical use of drugs.Methods June 2010 to June 2011,the gynecological clinic of our hospital admissions of 220 patients with vaginal secretions in patients with abnormal Mycoplasma culture and sensitivity experiments,and the results were analyzed using statistical.Results Of the 220 patients,Mycoplasma infection in 68 patients with Mycoplasma total positive rate was 30.9%,Uu positive rate was 69.1%,Mh-positive rate of 7.4%,both mixed infection rate was 23.5%.Mycoplasma detection of antibiotic resistance results,doxycycline,Minocycline and josamycin of the Mycoplasma-sensitive,is located in the top three.Conclusion Doxycycline,Minocycline can be used as the drug of choice for genital Mycoplasma infection;susceptibility testing of the clinical use of drugs while in the detection of Mycoplasma instructive.
