急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭的微创治疗

目的探讨微创手术治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2012年6月间收治的84例急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,所有患者均采取微创手术治疗,观察患者的临床疗效。结果本组84例急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭患者经微创治疗后均成功解除梗阻,同时临床症状及肾功能得到了显著改善,术后1周血尿素氮、血肌酐均有不同程度降低或恢复正常,无感染、出血等并发症。结论采用微创手术治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭临床疗效好,术后并发症少,是一种安全、有效的治疗方式,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Minimally invasive treatment of acute obstructive renal failure

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive operation in treatment of acute obstructive renal failure.Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 84 cases of acute obstructive renal failure in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 June was operated,all patients were treated by the minimally invasive operation,observed clinical curative effect of patients.Results After minimally invasive treatment all patients were successful relief of obstruction,the clinical symptoms and renal function improved,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine after operation decreased in different degree or return to normal,no infection,bleeding and other complications.Conclusion Taking minimally invasive operation in treatment of acute obstructive renal failure has good clinical curative effect,and less postoperative complications,it is a safe,effective treatment,worthy of further clinical application.
