| 摘 要： | 肿瘤放疗和化疗过程中都存在较大的毒副作用，而肿瘤靶向性治疗既能降低毒副作用、减少用药量，又可提高药物的疗效。筛选与肿瘤特异性结合多肽已成为实现靶向治疗肿瘤的热点之一，并取得了一定的成果。肺癌目前的治疗方法主要是手术和放、化疗，虽然可以增加患者的存活率，但放、化疗毒副作用明显，耐受性差。现将与肺癌靶向性有关的多肽研究进展综述如下。

| Abstract: | Many side effects may occur during the radiotherapy and chemotherapy of tumor,while tumor specific polypeptide can provide a potential tool.It can only decrease the side effects but also improve the efficiency.The selection of tumor specific polypeptide has become a rapid growing area of research and achieved considerable progression.Current treatment of lung cancer is operation and chemotherapy which may increase patients＇ survival rate,but also shows obvious side effects and poor tolerance.We make a review of anti-lung cancer polypeptide as follow. |
