| 摘 要： | 本文报告应用激光－血卟啉衍生物辅助手术治疗２６例脑恶性肿瘤其中２１例为恶性胶质瘤，４例为脑转移癌，１例为恶性脑膜瘤，我们认为应用４－７ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重ＨＰＤ和波长６３０ｎｍ激光，剂量达到３００Ｊｃｍ＾２辅助手术治疗脑恶性肿瘤未增加并发症的发生，且取得了较好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Twenty-six patients with malignant brain tumor were treated with adjuvant photodynamic therapy, 21 were malignant glioma,4 metastatic tumor,and 1 malignant meningioma. The dosage used was 4-7 mg/kg of hemato-porphyrin derivative(HPD)and 630nm Laser up to 300J/cm2,supplementing surgery and radiotherapy. No additional complications were encountered and the results were admirable. |
