脊柱转移瘤Gd-DTPA MRI增强检查前后对比

摘    要:为研究MRI(磁共振影像) 增强检查对脊柱转移瘤的诊断价值, 对33 例经手术病理证实的脊柱转移瘤, 使用GE (美国通用电器公司) Signa 1.5 Tesla MR扫描和使用Gd-DTPA (顺磁造影剂- 钇二乙烯五胺乙酸) MRI增强检查。结果:Gd-DTPA增强MRI检查能很好显示脊柱转移瘤数目及椎旁肿块和周围组织关系,同时探讨脊柱转移瘤生物学与影像学之间的特征联系, 揭示了脊柱转移瘤典型MRI征象。结论: Gd-DTPA增强检查能更好地显示脊柱转移瘤, 并在脊柱病变中有一定诊断与鉴别诊断价值。总结出显示脊柱转移瘤MRI检查最佳影像学组合是用SE (自旋回波) 序列T1WI(加权像) 与Gd-DTPA T1WI。

Abstract:To study diagnostic value of Gd DTPA enhanced MRI, 33 cases of spinal metastatic tumor pathologically confirmed were subjected to the 1 5 Tesla MR imaging and the examination of Gd DTPA MRI enhancement. The results showed that the Gd DTPA enhanced MRI examination could clearly display the number of spinal metastatic tumors and the relation of paraspinal mass to round tissues. The relationship between the biology and radiology of spinal metastatic tumors was simultaneously investigated and the typical MRI signs for spinal metastatic tumors demonstrated. It was concluded that Gd DTPA enhanced MRI could clearly show the spinal metastatic tumors and might be of some diagnostic and differential diagnostic values in spinal lesions. The best series for MRI for spinal lesions were combination of T1Wi and Gd DTPA T1WI (Spin echo).
