| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合卒中单元对急性脑卒中患者的疗效.方法:将200例发病3 d以内的脑卒中患者随机分为中西医结合卒中单元组100例(治疗组)与卒中单元组100例(对照组),两组患者均按目前一般卒中单元模式进行综合治疗,治疗组另加规范化中医辨证论治疗.结果:治疗28 d后两组临床疗效总有效率相比.对照组为82.5%,治疗组为93.75%明显优于对照组(P<0.05);中医症候疗效比较对照组为83.75%,治疗组为96.25%明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医症候积分比较治疗组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:与一般卒中单元比较急性脑卒中患者在中西医结合卒中单元的医疗模式下的中医症候能够得到更好的改善.临床疗效更高.
