| 摘 要： | 目的 :回顾性地研究了 6例儿童套状髌骨骨折的诊断及手术治疗效果。方法 :对 6例儿童套状髌骨骨折的诊断和三种手术方法进行总结和讨论。结果 :6例病人术后随访 6个月～ 4年 ,骨折均骨性愈合 ,仅一例陈旧性骨折遗留膝关节屈曲受限。结论 :早期诊断和术中解剖复位是治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:Diagnosis and treatment of 6 cases of patellar sleeve fracture in children were respectively studied. Methods: The diagnosis and three surgical methods of 6 cases of patellar sleeve fracture in children were summarized and discussed. Results: The following up period was from 6 months to 4 years, all of fractures healed, and only a knee was limitary for flexing. Conclusion: The successful treatment was dependent on early diagnosis and accurcte reduction. |
