双水平气道正压通气联合可拉明治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺性脑病的临床研究

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者合并肺性脑病时进行无创双水平气道正压(BiPAP)通气联合可拉明治疗的效果。方法40例COPD合并肺性脑病患者分为BiPAP组和BiPAP联用可拉明组,观察两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗效果存在显著差异,与BiPAP组比较,联用组意识障碍恢复快,有效率高。结论对于COPD合并自主呼吸较稳定的肺性脑病患者,无创BiPAP通气联用可拉明是一种有效的治疗方法。

Noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation plus coramine in pulmonary encephalopathy due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP) ventilation combined with coramine on patients with pulmonary encephalopathy due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods 40 patients were divided into BiPAP group and BiPAP plus coramine group.The effects of the treatments were investigated.Results Significant difference was found in the efficacy power of 2 groups.Compared with BiPAP group,the situation of the patients in BiPAP plus coramine group was improved soon after they were treated and the efficacy power was significantly higher.Conclusions BiPAP plus coramine has positive impact on pulmonary encephalopathy due to COPD.
