目的：控制抗生素检定法中的关键非生物因素，在获得与真值更接近的结果。方法：对抗生素微生物检验中的非生物因素进行筛选，有针对性的进行控制。结果：平均加样回收率为99.74％，平均可信限率为2．93。结论：滴样顺序和台面水平是影响结果精密度、准确度的关键因素，对这两个因素进行控制，得到较好的精密度和准确度。
