抗生素微生物检验中非生物因素的控制

摘    要:目的:控制抗生素检定法中的关键非生物因素,在获得与真值更接近的结果。方法:对抗生素微生物检验中的非生物因素进行筛选,有针对性的进行控制。结果:平均加样回收率为99.74%,平均可信限率为2.93。结论:滴样顺序和台面水平是影响结果精密度、准确度的关键因素,对这两个因素进行控制,得到较好的精密度和准确度。

Abstract:Objective:We control non-living beings element of key control in the antibiotic mi- crobe inspection,in order to obtain the resuh that still more is close to against the truth value. Method:The non-living beings element to the antibiotic in the microbe inspection is selected,and possess in view of dominateeing of quality.Result:Equally plusing type rate of recovery in the in- terest of 99.74% equally may the letter rate limitting be 2.93.Conclusion:Type order and the mesa level dripped is the key element that affects result precision and degree of accuracy,and dominate to this two elements,and obtains precision and degree of accuracy.
