| 摘 要： | 采用双频超声技术提取海金沙黄酮，选择乙醇体积分数、溶剂体积、超声作用时间、浸泡时间等因素进行正交实验，得出影响总黄酮提取率的因素次序为：乙醇体积分数〉溶剂体积〉超声作用时间〉浸泡时间，双频超声提取最佳工艺条件为：乙醇体积分数为70％，乙醇体积为40mL，超声作用时间为30min，浸泡时间为4h。在此条件下，总黄酮提取率为86．25％。在相同的条件下，与单频超声提取方法相比较，具有溶剂用量少，提取效率高，提取时间短等优点。
