老年恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学指标的检测分析

目的分析老年恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学指标的变化及临床意义。方法对136例老年恶性肿瘤病人（转移组52例，未转移组84例）和50例健康人的血液流变学指标进行检测分析。结果老年恶性肿瘤患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原的水平较健康对照组有明显增高，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），有转移组与无转移组的比较也有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论老年恶性肿瘤患者存在明显高凝状态，血液流变学指标可以作为了解老年肿瘤发生和发展的重要指标。

Analysis of hemorheology in patient with old age malignant tumors

Objective To analyze the hemorheology change and clinical significance of old age malignant tumor patient. Methods Hemorheology index of 136 old age patients with malignant tumor （ shift group of 52 cases, and not shift group of 84 cases） and 50 cases of healthy people were checked and analyzed. Results The tumor patients showed significant higher value than the controls on whole blood viscosity, the blood plasma viscosity, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the red blood eell press the product, the red blood cell rigid index, the red blood cell accumulation index, and the fibrinogen level of the old age malignant tumor patients was obviously higher than the healthy control group. It had statistics significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Also the comparison were significant between shifted group and notshifted group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The old age malignant tumor patients have a hypercoagnlable state obviously. Hmorheology can be used as an important indicator of undemtanding the occurrence and development of tumor in elderly patients.
