后路固定开放椎体成形治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折

目的探讨开放手术加椎体成型治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的方法。方法对21例老年性骨质疏松性胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者采取经后路椎弓根短节段复位固定,伤椎灌注聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/羟基磷灰石组成的复合活性骨水泥。结果21例患者随访11-24个月,术后疼痛消失16例,缓解5例;F ranke1分级：神经功能恢复1级13例,2级1例。结论在老年性合并有骨质疏松的椎体骨折时采用后路椎弓根内固定伤椎椎体成形,能迅速缓解疼痛,有效恢复伤椎强度和刚度,减少了后路内固定的应力,可矫正后凸畸形,减少并发症。

Posterior fixation combined verteplasty for treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture

Objective To investigate the effect of posterior fixation combined verteplasty for osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture. Methods Broken vertebral body was reposited with posterior short-segment fixation with pediclescrew technique, and perfused with bone cement mixed polymethyl methacrylate and hydroxyapatite. Results 21 patients of compressed thoracolumbar fracture were followed up from 11 mouths to 24 mouths. The pain disappeared in 16 patients and reduced in 5 patients after operation. According to Frankel grading, 16 patients of the nerve function reached to 1 grade, and 1 patient resumed to 2 grade. Conclusion The method to treat osteoporotic vetrebralbody fracture with posterior fixation combined verteplasty can rapidly reduce pain, and resume the strength and stiffness of broken vertebral body.
