慢性阻塞性肺病患者的肺功能

目的了解慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者肺通气功能的变化及进展规律。方法1986年至1999年，对 36例50岁以上的COPD患者，每年或隔1～2年于缓解期进行肺功能测试，计算其各项主要指标的年均下降率，并 与对照组作比较。结果13年来，COPD组肺功能的各项主要指标都下降，其中年均下降率最大的是MVV(6.65 ±6.28)％]，其次是V25/HT、MMF和FEV

Lung Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To find out the laws of variation and deterioration of lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pul monary disease (COPD). Methods: Thirty-six cases of COPD were studied during 1986-1999. Their lung functions were tested every one or two years in the periods when their diseases were relieved. The year descending rates of main indexes of their lung functions were calculated and compared with those of the control group. Results:All main indexes of lung function in COPD group descended during the 13 years, of which the greatest year descending rate was in MVV (6.65 ± 6.28)% ],next in V25/HT, MMF and FEV1 (6.26 ± 9.11)%, (4.88 ± 3.06)% and (4.60 ± 4.62)% respectively]. Their year descending rates were greater than those of the control group (2.61 ± 4.14) %, ( 1.51 ± 4.58) %, (2.50 ± 2.82) % and ( 1.83 ± 3.40) % respectively, P ＜ 0.01 ～ 0.001 ]. Conclusion: The most sensitive index of lung function in COPD group was MMF, followed by MVV, FEV1 and V25/HT. The year descending rate of MMV was not so great as those of MVV and V25/HT,but it had the least standard deviation, varied greater than that in control group and had no cor relation with the exertion of subject,so it was a more stable and reliable index reflecting the lung function in COPD.
