| 摘 要： | 本文应用超声心动图探测65例尿毒症病人的心脏瓣膜钙化的情况.结果二尖瓣钙化24例(37%),主动脉瓣钙化22例(33.5%),多为轻度钙化.其病因可能为透析前高血压和钙-磷代谢紊乱有关,积极控制高血压和平衡体内钙-磷代谢对预防心脏瓣膜钙化可能有一定作用.

| Abstract: | Cardiac valvar calcifications were detected in 65 uremic cases by echocardiography. It showed that there were 24 Cases (37%) with mitral valvar calcification and 22 cases (33.5%) with aortic valvar calcification, most calcifications were mild. We thought the pathogenesises were predialysis hypertension and calcium-phosphorus metabolic disorder. Actively lowering pressure and balbncing calcium-phosphorus metabolize possibly prevented cardiac valve from calcification. |
