| 摘 要： | 对150例慢性支气管炎患者,用心电图(ECG)、X线(X-rag)和超声心动图(UCG)三种方法检测,UCG对慢性肺心病的检出率最高(P<0.005),而ECG和X-rag对慢性肺心病的检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05).UCG能及早提示慢性肺心病早期代偿阶段的肺动脉高压和右心负荷过重引起的形态变化,UCG应作为慢性肺心病的常规检查手段.

| Abstract: | Using electrocardiogram (ECG) , X-rag, Ultrosonic cardiogram (UCG) to exanimate 150 cases of the chronic bronchitis, the detective rate of chrogic pulmonary cardioparthy was hightest using UCG (P<0.005) , and detective rate using ECG and X-rag had no significant difference (P>0.05) . UCG can show the morphology variation of pulmonary hypertension and right heart overlord of the chronic pulmonary cardioparthy at the early compensating date. UCG should be regarded as routine metho for chronic pulmonary cardioparthy. |
