食管癌上皮细胞及其浸润淋巴细胞白介素2和白介素10的表达

目的观察食管癌上皮细胞及其浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)白介素-2(IL-2)和白介素-10(IL-10)的表达，探讨二者与食管癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用即用型SABC免疫组化法(SP法)观察20例食管癌上皮细胞及其TIL的IL-2、IL-10表达情况。结果全部标本的癌上皮细胞IL-2、IL-10的表达均高于对照癌旁组织，16例标本(80％)的癌上皮细胞IL-10的表达高于IL-2；癌组织中淋巴细胞(TIL)很多，大部分标本的TIL存在表达IL-2(16，80％)、IL-10(18，90％)的不同的TIL，16例标本(80％)的TIL的IL-10表达高于IL-2；对照癌旁组织中淋巴细胞均未见IL-2、IL-10的表达。结论食管癌上皮细胞表达IL-2、IL-10。可能与其发生、发展有关；食管癌组织存在表达IL-2、IL-10的异质性TIL，且呈Th2漂移；对照癌旁组织中淋巴细胞均未见IL-2、IL-10的表达。

Expression of IL-2, IL-10 in carcinoma cells and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes of esophageal carcinoma in situ

To explore the immunohistochemical expression of IL-2, IL-10 in carcinoma cells and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes of esophageal carcinoma in situ and their relation with developing of esophageal carcinoma. 20 samples were detected the expression of IL-2 and IL-10 in carcinoma cells and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes of esophageal carcinoma tissue and in squamous cells and lymphocytes of carcer-adjacent tissue in situ with high-power SP immunohistochemical technique. In carcinoma cells ,the expression of IL-2 and IL-10 in all of carcinoma samples in situ were higher than carcer-adjacent tissue; the expression of IL-10 in 16 samples (80%) of carcinoma samples in situ were higher than IL-2. The lymphocytes (TIL) were many in the carcer tissue, in the TILs, the expression of IL-2(16,80%), IL-10 (18,90%) in carcinoma samples in situ were higher than carcer-adjacent tissue, the expression of IL-10 in 16 samples (80%) of carcinoma samples were higher than IL-2, the lymphocytes were rare in the carcer-adjacent tissue. Conclusions] All of esophageal carcinoma cells express of IL-2, IL-10, which maybe related with developing of esophageal carcinoma. There are drift in the TILs of esophageal carcinoma, there are not lymphocytes expressing IL-2 , IL-10 in the carcer-adjacent tissue.
