| 摘 要： | 2007年7月22日-8月21日，深圳福田口岸在对入境发热旅客医学排查时，发现4例浸润型肺结核疑似病例；其中1例是涂阳肺结核病例。现场检疫人员对上述病例进行了处置。该文就发现过程、处置过程、报告及后续追踪等情况进行分析和探讨，为今后在口岸进一步开展结核病防控工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | From July 22 to August 21, four suspected cases of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis were found at Futian port and one was diagnosed as bacteria （＋）. Inspection and Quarantine officers dealt with these cases. This article will analyze and evaluate the process of discovery, diagnosis, management, report and follow-up steps to provide references for further development of the prevention and control of tuberculosis at port. |
