| 摘 要： | 目的：分析颈椎后纵韧带骨化症的前路减压融合手术效果。方法：对４３例短节段后纵韧带骨化症进行颈椎前路减压植骨手术，男３１例，女１２例，其中切除１个椎节１０例（Ｉ组），２个椎节１４例（Ⅱ组），３个椎节１９例（Ⅲ组），采用ＪＯＡ评定标准及颈椎Ｘ线拍片进行评判。
