心理护理干预对前列腺电切术病人围术期焦虑的影响

目的]探讨心理护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）病人焦虑的影响。方法]180例TURP病人随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组采用围术期心理护理方法，对照组采用常规的传统护理方法。分别观察术前1d、手术当天和术后3d病人心率、血压和焦虑状况。结果]两组病人焦虑水平在术前1d差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而手术当日、术后3d差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。对照组手术当日血压、心率较术前基础值明显增高（P〈0．01）。结论]围术期实施有效的护理干预可缓解TURP病人焦虑心理，降低病人血压、心率变化幅度。

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on perioperative anxiety of patients undergoing prostate electrocision

Objective：To probe into the influence of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate electrotomy（TURP）. Methods：A total of 180 patients accepted TURPT were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Patients of intervention group accepted perioperative psychological nursing. And patients of control group were given traditional nursing care. Heart rate, blood pressure and anxiety state of all patients were observed respectively on the day before operation, the operation day, and the third day after operation. Results： There was no statistical significant difference in anxiety level between two groups on the day before operation （P〉0.05）. However,in terms of anxiety level,there were statistical significant differences ter operation between the two groups on the operation day and the third day after operation between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Blood pressure and heart rate of control group patients were higher than their preoperative basic values （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： To carry out perioperative nursing intervention can relieve the anxiety of patients accepted TURPT, reduce the change range of blood pressure and heart rate of patients.
