福州市鼓山镇老年人吸烟、饮酒状况调查

目的]了解福州市鼓山镇老年人的吸烟饮酒状况，为该地区开展控烟限酒教育及行为干预提供科学依据。方法]采用整群抽样的方法，随机抽取福州市鼓山镇的14个村（居）委会，对所有登记在册的年龄≥60周岁的老年人进行调查。结果]老年人的吸烟率为19．7％；饮酒率为22．5％。74岁及以下的老人、男性、再婚、干部、高收入和高受教育程度者吸烟率和饮酒率均较高。结论]福州市鼓山镇老年人的吸烟、饮酒状况不容乐观，应加强老年人的自我健康管理，大力开展控烟、限酒教育及行为干预，实现健康老龄化。

A survey of the status quo of smoking and alcohol drinking of elderly in Gushan town of Fuzhou city

Objective：To know about the status quo of smoking and alcohol drinking of the elderly in Gushan town of Fuzhou city, so as to provide scientific bases for carrying out health education on smoking - controlling and al- cohol - limiting and behavioral interventions. Methods： All elderly aged 60 years and above from 14 villages and communities in Gushan town of Fuzhou city registered into book were investigated randomly by adopting cluster sam- pling method. Results： The smoking rate was 19.7% and the drinking rate was 22.5% among all. Smoking rate and drinking rate were both higher in young elderly less than 74 years old, male, married, officials, high income and high educated people than other groups. Conclusion：The status quo of smoking and alcohol drinking among the elderly in Gushan town of Fuzhou city was not so optimistic. Community nurses should strengthen self - health management of senile people, unfold health education on smoking controlling and alcohol- limiting and behavior intervention,and so as to accomplish suecessful aging.
