奥扎格雷钠与葛根素联用治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察奥扎格雷钠与葛根素联用治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的临床疗效及安全性。方法对100例经头部CT或MRI确诊的ACI患者进行随机配对后分为奥扎格雷钠与葛根素联用治疗组和常规治疗对照组各50例。对患者治疗前及治疗后第3、7、15天进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果治疗组总显效率为64.0%显著高于对照组的34.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。2组治疗3、7、15d后的神经功能缺损程度评分较治疗前均有所改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;且治疗组改善程度较对照组明显,2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥扎格雷钠与葛根素联用具有较好的临床疗效,未见有明显的不良反应。

Efficacy of ozagrel combined with puerarin used in acute cerebral infarction

Objective Observed the clinical efficacy and safety of Ozagrel comebined with puerarin treated in acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods 100 cases of ACI patients diagnosed by head CT or MRI were randomly paired into Ozagrel and puerarin combined with the treatment group and routine treatment control group,of 50 patients.Neurological deficits was conducted to evaluate before and after 3,7,15d of the therapy.Results Markedly effective for the treatment group was 64.0% that much higher than 34.0% that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Two groups after treatment 3,7,15 d neurologic impairment score compared with before treatment were improved ,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ） ;moreover in the treatment group, the degree of improvement than the control group obviously, the differences between these two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ozagrel combined with puerarin had a better clinical efficacy,and no significant side effects.
