奥司他韦治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感的疗效分析

目的观察奥司他韦（达菲）治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感的疗效。方法47例疑似甲型H1NI流感的病例，随机分成治疗组22例和对照组25例，治疗组给予奥司他韦75mg，每天2次口服，疗程5d；对照组给予常规流感对症治疗（感冒灵冲剂），疗程5～7d。结果治疗组发热缓解时间与流感样症状持续时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组应用抗生素的比例为25．1％低于对照组的48．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论奥司他韦作为抗流感病毒药物治疗疑似甲型H1N1流感安全有效。

Efficacy analysis of oseltamivir treatment of suspected influenza A H1N1influenza

Objective To observe efficacy of osehamivir phosphate treatment of suspected influenza A H1N1 influenza. Methods 47 patients with suspected cases of influenza AH1N1 influenzal were randomly divided into treatment group of 22 cases and control group of 25 eases, the treatment group was given oseltamivir phosphate 75mg,2 times a day orally, time of treatment was 5 days;The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment of influenza,treatment time was 5 -7d. Results The fever ease time and duration of influenza-like symptoms of treatment group were shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared to 25.1% in the control group the use of antibiotics in the treatment group was 48.3% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Oseltamivir as anti-influenza virus drug treatment of suspected influenza A H1N1 influenza is safe ang effective.
