喜炎平联合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察

目的观察喜炎平注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法对确诊为轮状病毒肠炎的162例患儿随机分为蒙脱石散组51例、喜炎平组55例和喜炎平＋蒙脱石散组56例，疗程5～7d，比较3组患儿止泻时间、显效率与总有效率。结果喜炎平＋蒙脱石散组止泻时间较蒙脱石散组及喜炎平组明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。喜炎平组、喜炎平＋蒙脱石散组总有效率高于蒙脱石散组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；喜炎平＋蒙脱石散组显效率高于喜炎平组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论喜炎平注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效较好，值得临床应用。

Clinical study of the effect of Xiyanping injection and montmorillonite power on infantile rotavirus enteritis

Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with montmorillonite power on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 162 cases with rotavirus enteritis were divided into three groups： Montmorillonite power group （n = 51 ） , Xiyanping group（ n = 55 ）and Xiyanping ＋ montmorillonite power group （n = 56 ）. The duration of using drugs was 5 -7days. The following indexes were assessed in three groups：the duration of weaning diarrhea,the percentage of effectiveness of drugs. Results The duration of weaning diarrhea in Xiyanping ＋ montmorillonite power group was significantly shorter compared with that of the montmorillonite power group and Xiyanping group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rates of Xiyanping group and Xiyanping ＋ montmorillonite power group were significantly higher compared with the montmorillonite power group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The notable effective rates of the Xiyanping ＋ montmorillonite power group was significantly higher than that of Xiyanping group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with montmorillonite power in treating infantile rotavirus enterits is rotavirus enteritisis effective.
