| 摘 要： | 目的]了解乳腺癌病人行根治术前后的焦虑状态,为心理评估和心理护理提供科学依据。方法]采用问卷调查法,应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对78例乳腺癌根治术病人的焦虑状态进行调查分析。结果]乳腺癌根治术病人手术前后SAS评分均高于常模组（P＆lt;0.05）,且手术前SAS评分显著高于手术后（P＆lt;0.05）。结论]乳腺癌根治术病人手术前后存在不同程度的焦虑及焦虑状态,亟须加强相应的心理护理。

A survey and analysis of anxiety state of patients before and after undergoing radical mastectomy |

| Abstract: | Objective. To know about the anxiety state of breast cancer patients before and after undergoing radical mastectomy, so as to provide sci- entific evidences for psychological evaluation and psychological nursing. Methods. A total of 78 breast cancer patients were investigated on their anxiety state by filling out self--rating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results. The SAS scores of patients both before and after undergoing radical mastectomy were higher than that of norm （P〈0.05）, and the preoperative SAS score of patients was much higher than their postoperative SAS score （P~0. 05）. Conclusion： Breast cancer patients have different levels of anxiety and anxiety state both before and after undergoing radical mastectomy. Corresponding psychological nursing should be strengthened for them. |
