颈动脉狭窄血管内支架置入术后并发症的观察及护理

[目的]总结颈动脉狭窄血管内支架置入术后并发症的观察和护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析15例颈动脉狭窄血管内支架置入术病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均成功置入血管内支架,术后出现穿刺局部皮下血肿1例,低血压、心动过缓2例,高灌注综合征1例,无一例发生脑梗死,无一例死亡。[结论]术后全面、连续、动态观察临床症状,加强体位护理,预防并发症的发生是手术成功的重要保证。

Observation and nursing care of carotid artery stenosis patients with postoperative complications after accepting intravascular stent implantation

Objective： It summarized observation and nursing measures of carotid artery stenosis patients with postoperative complications after accepting in- travascular stent implantation. Methods： Clinical data of 15 carotid artery stenosis patients with postoperative complications after accepting intravascular stent implantation were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All 15 cases had un dergone the intravascular stent implantation successfully. After operation, one case complicated with ecchymoma at the local puncture site,two cases had hy- potension and bradycardia respectively. One case developed hypertransfusion syndrome. None complicated with cerebral infarction and no one died. Conclu- sion：To observe clinical symptoms in overall, successively and continuously, to strengthen body position nursing and to prevent complications are very important guaranties for the success of patients accepting intravascular stent implantation.
