| 摘 要： | 目的:评价先天性马蹄内翻足早期软组织手术的治疗效果.方法:采用回顾性方法,对54例(72足)采用三种不同软组织手术方式治疗的先天性马蹄内翻足进行疗效随访.结果:经平均3.9年随访,单纯跟腱延长术组:良25％(1/4足);后内侧软组织松解、跟腱延长术组:优良率70.4%(19/27足);跟腱延长、胫前肌转移术组:全部达到优良(41/41足).总优良率84.70%(61/72足).结论:松解软组织、纠正畸形的同时,建立有效的肌力平衡是先天性马蹄内翻足早期软组织手术治疗的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the affection of early soft-tissue operation in treatment of congenital clubfoot. Methods: 54 cases (72 feet) of congenital clubfoot were treated with three methods and the results were followed up. Results: Within a mean follow-up period of 3.9 years, the better and good rate of calcaneal tendon prolongation was 25%, 70.4% in posterior and medial soft tissue releasing combined with calcaneal tendon prolongation and all patients treated by anterior tibial muscle transfer and calcaneal tendon prolongation were cured. The total cure rate was 84.7%. Conclusion: The prerequisite for better resulte is to release the soft tissue and correct the deformities and achieve a dynamic balance of the muscles. |
