培哚普利联合美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭

目的　探讨培哚普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效。方法　 6 4例CHF病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 34例给予培哚普利 4mg/d ,美托洛尔 6 2 5～ 5 0mg/d ;对照组给予地高辛、利尿剂、消心痛治疗。两组疗程 6个月。观察治疗前后两组病人的临床症状、超声心动图心功能指标、6min步行距离的变化及不良反应。结果　治疗后治疗组临床总有效率为 88 2 4 % ,对照组总有效率为6 6 6 7% ,治疗前后相比两组LVEF、SV、CI、6min步行的距离均有显著改善 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组LVEF、CI及 6min步行距离的改善优于对照组。结论　培哚普利联合美托洛尔治疗CHF可以增强疗效。

The clinical efficacy of perindopril accompanied with metoprolol for treatment of congestive heart failure

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of perindopril accompanied with metoprolol for treatment congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods Random controlled trial was employed.We divided 64 patient with CHF into the treatment group(n=34) and the control group(n=30).The clinical therapeutic efficacy,LVEF,SV,CI,6min walk trial and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The clinical prognosis and LVEF,SV,CI,6min walk trail of the patients in the two groups were all significantly ameliorated compared with those of the patient before treatment(P<0.01),improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Perindopril accompanied with metoprolol possesses obvious effect in treating patient with CHF.
