| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急诊使用曲马多对早期急腹症患者诊断正确率的影响。方法:将2009年1月-2010年12月我院急诊科经治的238例急腹症患者进行随机对照临床试验,随访调查试验组(使用曲马多,n=102)和对照组(未用曲马多,n=136)的诊断正确率。结果:试验组诊断正确率为89.2%(91/102),对照组诊断正确率为91.2%(124/136)。2组诊断正确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急诊使用曲马多不会影响早期急腹症患者的诊断正确率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of tramadol on correct rates of the diagnosis for patients with early acute abdominal disease.
