| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组。对照组40例给予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗;治疗组40例给予口服SASP和中药保留灌肠治疗。2组均以1个月为一疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后临床症状缓解情况及结肠镜检查结果治疗组与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。
