| 摘 要： | 目的:评价阿加曲班联合依达拉奉对房颤合并脑栓塞患者神经功能障碍治疗的有效性和安全性。方法:120例房颤合并脑栓塞患者随机分为2组,试验组给予阿加曲班联合依达拉奉治疗,对照组给予低分子肝素治疗,治疗前、后分别检测凝血功能,使用美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)比较2组神经功能障碍程度,使用日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel指数)评价康复情况,统计临床治疗有效率,对结果进行统计分析。结果:2组治疗前凝血指标和NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组较对照组NIHSS评分有显著改善(P<0.05),试验组较对照组凝血时间延长(P<0.05);试验组与对照组有效率分别为91.38%、70.17%(P<0.01),出血事件发生率分别为3.33%、5.00%(P>0.05)。结论:早期使用抗凝药阿加曲班联合依达拉奉治疗房颤合并脑栓塞,疗效较好。
