| 摘 要： | 目的:研究超声消融术与传统术式对子宫肌瘤患者性生活质量影响的差异。方法:按自愿分组的原则,将163例子宫肌瘤患者分为超声消融组49例、子宫全切组56例和肌瘤挖出组58例,调查各组在术前1个月、术后1个月、术后6个月和术后12个月的性生活质量指数,然后用女性性功能简明指数法分析各组性功能受到的影响。结果:术后1个月性生活质量超声消融组明显高于传统方式组;术后6个月超声消融组性生活质量和肌瘤挖出组无明显差异,但高于子宫全切除组;术后12个月各组性生活质量差异无统计学意义。结论:超声消融术法治疗子宫肌瘤能快速恢复患者性生活,性生活质量优于传统手术法。
