| 摘 要： | 目的:为县级公立医院构建科学适用的绩效评价体系提供参考。方法:以重庆市为例,采用文献法和专家咨询法探讨县级公立医院的绩效评价体系的构建。结果:确立了县级公立医院构建绩效评价体系的方向和原则,应从经济效益和社会效益两个方向来建立指标,并遵循公正统一的原则。结论:以该方法建立县级公立医院绩效评价体系较为全面合理,对各项评价指标的建立有一定的方向性和参考价值。
