柴辛鼻敏康颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立柴辛鼻敏康颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中柴胡、细辛进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:TLC斑点清晰、易于识别、重复性好;芍药苷进样量在0.512~15.360μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.97%(n=6)。结论:该质量控制方法简单、准确度高、专属性强,可有效控制柴辛鼻敏康颗粒的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standards of Chaixin biminkang granules. METHODS:TLC was adopted to identify Bupleuri Radix and Radix Et Rhizoma. HPLC method was used to test the content of paeoniflorin. RESULTS:TLC spots were clear,distinguished and reproducible. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.512~15.360 μg(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.87%(RSD=0.97%,n=6) . CONCLUSION:The method is simple,precise and specific and has good effect on quality control of Chaixin biminkang granules.
