| 摘 要： | 目的:提示临床重视尼美舒利引起的不良反应。方法:报道并分析尼美舒利致严重手足表皮剥脱1例。结果与结论:未见尼美舒利致严重手足表皮剥脱报道。应用尼美舒利时,应严格掌握适应证、用法用量,及实施必要的监护措施,尽量避免联合用药,应引起临床医师、药师和护师的高度重视。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To alert clinicians to pay attention to adverse drug reactions induced by nimesulide. METHODS: 1 case of severe hand-foot skin exfoliation induced by nimesulide was reported and analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: There is no report about severe hand-foot skin exfoliation induced by nimesulide. We should strictly master indications, usage and dosage, and implement necessary monitoring measures to avoid combination therapy in the application of nimesulide.
