抗菌药物临床应用管理问题探讨

目的:探讨规范临床抗菌药物应用管理的措施,提高医疗质量。方法:总结当前我国抗菌药物不合理应用的原因,并提出管理办法。结果与结论:医务人员和患者的认识不足、受利益驱使等是导致当前我国抗菌药物应用不合理的主要原因,应进一步加强医务人员和患者的合理用药宣传教育、深化医疗体制改革,开发和利用合理用药决策系统和监控系统,确保临床规范用药。

Exploration of the Management of Antibiotics Use in the Clinic

OBJECTIVE:To explore management measures of antibiotics use in the clinic to improve medical quality. METHODS: The reasons for irrational use of antibiotics in China were summarized, and related measures were put forwards. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: Main reasons for irrational use of antibiotics are realization defect of medical staff and patients and profit-driven.
