| 摘 要： | 目的:观察米非司酮治疗腹腔镜术后子宫内膜异位症的疗效及安全性。方法:72例子宫内膜异位症患者均采用腹腔镜手术,术后随机均分成A组(采用米非司酮12.5mg,qd,连服3个月)和B组(采用孕三烯酮2.5mg,每周2次,连服3个月),比较2组的疗效及不良反应。结果:A组治疗后的缓解率及改善率与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组的复发率明显低于B组(P<0.05),且治疗后痤疮、不规则阴道出血、转氨酶异常、体重增加等不良反应发生率明显低于B组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮治疗腹腔镜术后子宫内膜异位症效果较好,可以降低复发率,且不良反应小。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of mifepristone after the laparoscopic surgery of endometriosis. METHODS: 72 patients received laparoscopic surgery. All patients were randomly divided into group A (mifepristone 12.5 mg, qd, 3 months) and group B (gestrinone 2.5 mg, twice a week, 3 months).
