| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同产地木香药材中挥发油的含量和化学成分的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取7批不同产地木香的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法对挥发油进行化学成分的分析鉴定,用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对百分含量。结果:药材中挥发油含量分别为0.8%～2.1%,从挥发油中共鉴定了46种化学成分,不同产地木香挥发油的主要成分组成均为内酯类、萜类化合物,但相对含量存在一定的差异。结论:用该方法能为木香药材的质量鉴别提供较好的依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To compare the contents of volatile oil from Aucklandia lappa from different producing areas and the difference of chemical components.METHODS：The volatile oil was extracted from A.lappa by water distillation method.The chemical components of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS,and the relative contents of these constituents were calculated using peak area normalization method.RESULTS：The contents of volatile oil were 0.8%～2.1%.46 chemical components of volatile oil were identified.The main components of volatile oil were lactones and terpenes,but there was a little difference in relative contents.CONCLUSION：The method can be applied to identify the quality of A.lappa. |
