| 摘 要： | 目的:了解妇科抗菌药物应用原则及现状,促进临床合理用药。方法:以《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》为依据,收集相关文献,对抗菌药物的应用原则、基本概况及不合理应用情况进行分析、评价。结果与结论:妇科抗菌药物的应用较以前规范,但仍存在不合理用药及过度用药情况,亟需对抗菌药物的应用进一步规范和完善。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To understand the principles and situation of antibiotics use in the department of gynecology in order to promote rational use of antibiotics. METHODS: According to Guidance Principles for Clinical Use of Antibiotics, related literatures were collected to analyze and evaluate the basic principles, general situation and unreasonable use of antibiotics.
