| 摘 要： | 目的:为医院构建和实施药品"零"库存管理模式提供参考。方法:构建药品"零"库存管理模式,选择20种临床常用药品在我院实施药品"零"库存管理,比较实施前、后库存与销售情况,并分析实施的意义。结果:20种药品在实施"零"库存管理后,库存/销售同比下降53%。该模式具有降低库存占用资金和库管成本、保证临床供应、确保药品质量等意义。结论:在一定的条件下可实现医院部分药品的"零"库存管理,符合医院药品管理改革的发展趋势。
