三联疗法治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的疗效观察

目的:观察氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林和尿激酶治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法:将2009年6月-2010年6月我院60例确诊的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者随机均分为观察组(氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林和尿激酶治疗)和对照组(阿司匹林和尿激酶治疗),比较2组治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为63.33%,观察组疗效明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组不良反应发生率(33.33%)高于观察组(3.33%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林和尿激酶治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死疗效确切,不良反应少。

Efficacy Observation of Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin and urokinase for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. METHODS： 60 diagnosed cases of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in our hospital during Jun. 2009～Jun. 2010 were randomly divided into observation groups （clopidogrel plus aspirin and urokinase） and control group （aspirin and urokinase） with each group of 30 cases. Clinical efficacies of therapy for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： The total effective rate was 93.33% in observation group and 63.33% in control group, there was significant difference in both groups （P0.01）. The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of control group. There was significant difference in the incidence of complication between 2 groups （3.33% vs. 33.33%, P0.05）. CONCLUSION： Clopidogrel combined with aspirin and urokinase for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction have sound efficacy and less aduevse drug reactions.
