| 摘 要： | 目的:为县级综合性医院推行基本药物制度提供参考。方法:根据我国基本药物制度政策在基层医疗卫生机构的实施情况,结合县级综合性医院的特点,探讨县级综合性医院实施国家基本药物制度过程中存在的问题及对策。结果:县级综合性医院是民众看病的主要场所,是基层医疗卫生机构与大型医疗机构的中转站,因此县级综合性医院是实施国家基本药物制度的关键。但其目前还存在政府投入严重不足、药品收入占医院总收入的份额过高、基本药物品种不能满足临床用药和配送不及时等问题。结论:建议在县级综合性医院中设立药事服务费弥补目前财政不足情况,解决药价过高问题;并制定药品配送企业评价办法,选择配送效率高的企业,保证基本药物及时配送。
