茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效观察

目的:观察茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效和安全性。方法:选择2008年10月-2009年9月于我院住院分娩的病理性黄疸新生儿360例,随机分成治疗一组、治疗二组和对照组,每组各120例。治疗一组予茵栀黄口服液,治疗二组予退黄合剂口服,对照组未用药。用药5d后,观察3组患儿胆红素浓度平均下降幅度和黄疸消退时间。结果:治疗一组总有效率低于治疗二组,黄疸消退时间短于治疗二组,但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗一组总有效率和黄疸消退时间与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各组不良反应少且轻微。结论:茵栀黄口服液是一种安全有效的治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的药物,其疗效与退黄合剂相当,且不良反应少,可解决不少医院因无条件配制退黄合剂而带来的不便。

Efficacy Observation of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Neonatal Pathologic Jaundice

OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal pathologic jaundice. METHODS： From Oct. 2008 to Sep. 2009 in our hospital, 360 newborns with pathologic jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group Ⅰ, treatment group Ⅱ and control group with each group of 120 cases. Treatment group Ⅰ was given Yinzhihuang oral liquid, treatment group Ⅱ was given Tuihuang mixture and control group was untreated. After 5 days, the decreases of neonatal jaundice in 3 groups were observed. RESULTS： The treatment effect of treatment group Ⅰ was similar to treatment group Ⅱ（P0.05）, the total effective rate and the decrease of neonatal in treatment groupⅠ was better than that of control group, there was significant difference （P0.05）. There were little and slight adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSION： Yinzhihuang oral liquid is safe and effective drug for neonatal pathologic jaundice. The therapeutic efficacy of it is similar to Tuihuang mixture with little adverse drug reactions. Yinzhihuang oral liquid is a solution to inconvenience brought by inadequate condition for admixture of Tuihuang mixture in sorne hospitals.
