| 摘 要： | 目的:了解中成药不良反应(ADR)的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法对我院2007年1月至2010年6月收集的136例中成药ADR报告,按患者年龄、性别、给药途径、引起ADR的药品种类及临床表现进行统计和分析。结果:136例ADR涉及药品41个品种,中药注射剂引发的不良反应119例、26个品种。引起ADR的主要品种为心脑血管疾病药品。ADR临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害。结论:应重视中成药ADR,慎用中药注射剂,提高临床合理用药水平。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To learn the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions（ADR） of Chinese pateat medicine,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：136 ADRs collected from our hospital during Jan.2007～Jun.2010 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of patient＇ age and gender,route of administration,drug category and clinical manifestation of ADRs.RESULTS：A total 136 cases involved 41 kinds of drugs.TCM injection caused 119 ADR cases,involving 26 kinds.The main types of drugs which induced ADRs were cardiovascular disease drugs.Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to ADRs induced by Chinese patent medicine.Traditional Chinese Medicine injection should be used carefully in order to improve rational drug use in the clinic. |
