正交试验优选延胡索微波炮制工艺

摘    要:目的:优选醋制延胡索的微波炮制工艺。方法:以原阿片碱、延胡索乙素和总生物碱的含量为评价指标,以醋用量、闷润时间、微波热力、炮制时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选最佳的炮制工艺。结果:最佳炮制工艺为醋的用量30kg,闷润2h,微波热力60%,炮制时间5min。结论:该方法简单、可行,易于控制,可作为延胡索的新型炮制方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the microwave processing technology of Corydalis yanhusuo. METHODS:The microwave processing technology of C. yanhusuo was optimized by orthogonal test using the content of protopine,tetrahydropalmatine and total alkaloids as index and the amount of vinegar,moistening time,microwave heating and process time as factors. RESULTS:Optimized processing technology of C. yanhusuo was follows:the amount of vinegar of 30 kg,moistening times of 2 h,microwave heating of 60%,process time of 5 min. ...
