| 摘 要： | 目的:观察前列地尔干乳剂联合甲钴胺胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选择82例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为试验组(前列地尔+甲钴胺)41例,对照组(甲钴胺)41例,均用门冬胰岛素30特充控制血糖,试验组给予前列地尔干乳剂10μg·d-1+甲钴胺胶囊0.5mg,tid;对照组给予甲钴胺胶囊0.5mg,tid,2组疗程均为3周,观察其对神经传导速度的影响。结果:试验组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率为54%,2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。试验组对神经传导速度的改善明显优于对照组,2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:前列地尔干乳剂联合甲钴胺胶囊治疗糖尿病神经病变疗效优于单独使用甲钴胺。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Alprostadil dry emulsion combined with Mecobalamin capsules in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
