中西医结合治疗中风后抑郁39例

目的：观察中西医结合治疗中风后抑郁（PSD）的疗效。方法：将患者随机分为两组，对照组给予西酞普兰治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟方解郁汤，用药疗程为8周，在治疗前及治疗后4周、8周，分别观察患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分及神经功能缺损评分改善情况。结果：治疗组HAMD评分优于对照组，神经缺损改善程度亦优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗中风后抑郁疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Treating 39 cases of PSD in the integrative medicine

Objective： TQ investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating PSD. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into two groups The control group was given citalopram, while the treated group was given self-made Jieyu decoction more, The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. HAMD scores and neurologic impairment improvement of the patients were investigated before treatment and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. Results： HAMD score in the treated group was better than that in the control group, and the neurologic impairment improvement was better than that in the control group. Conclusion： The integrative medicine had better effect on treating PSD than simple modem medicine.
