粉尘螨滴剂对稳定期轻、中度哮喘患者Th17/Treg平衡的影响研究

目的探讨粉尘螨滴剂对稳定期轻、中度哮喘患者Th17/Treg平衡的影响。方法选择粉尘螨变应原皮试阳性的过敏性支气管哮喘患者60例作为观察对象,随机分为两组,对照组单纯吸入舒利迭,而治疗组在吸入舒利迭的基础上加舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂,观察治疗前后哮喘患者的症状、肺功能以及相关指标的变化,比较两组数据的差异。结果治疗组在改善哮喘患者症状及改善FVC、FEV1%、PEF%方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）;另外,两组均能增加外周血中CD4＋CD25＋Foxp3＋调节性T细胞占CD4＋T细胞的比例,降低Th17细胞占CD4＋T细胞的比例,均能降低血清中IL-17的水平,提高血清中IL-10,但治疗组更优（P〈0.05）。结论粉尘螨滴剂是治疗过敏性哮喘安全、有效的舌下特异性免疫治疗药物,能纠正哮喘患者Th17/Treg的失衡。

The research of the Th17/Treg balance by dermatophagoides farinae drops for the mild to moderate asthma patients with stable

Objective To research the effect of Th17/Treg balance by dermatophagoides farinae drops for the asthma patients.Methods Selected 60 asthma patiens who showed positive skin reaction to dermatophagoides allergen skin test to research.and randomly divided into two groups.The control group simply treated with shulizhi,while the treatment group sublingualed dermatophagoides farinae on the basis of it.Before and after treatment,observed its symptoms,lung function and the change of some relate indicators.Then compared their differences.Results The symptoms and the datas of FVC,FEV1%,PEF% of the treatment group was obvious improve（P〈0.05）.In addition,the two groups both could increase the proportion of CD4＋CD25＋Foxp3＋ regulatory T cells account of CD4＋T cells from peripheral blood,reduced the proportion of Th17 cells accounte for CD4＋T cells,decreased thee levels of serum IL-17 and improve the serum IL-10.But the treatment group was better（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dermatophagoides farinae drops is relatively safe and effective in treating allergic asthma.The imbalance of Th/l7 and Treg may be corrected after the treatment.
