彩超对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块的临床价值

目的采取措施研究彩超对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块的临床应用价值。方法从我院收治的病例中选取70例经MRI或者CT检查确诊的脑梗死患者作为观察组,同时选择70例经MRI与CT检查非脑梗死疾病患者作为对照组,运用高分辨彩超技术对两组患者颈动脉的内-中膜厚度、血管内径以及血流速度等进行检查,同时对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块的形成状况与有无状况进行对比性分析。结果通过彩超对颈动脉的检查,其中颈动脉斑块中硬斑最多,其次扁平斑、软斑,最少的为混合斑。而在临床中经常病发的部位为颈总动脉的分叉处、颈总动脉的主干、颈内与颈外动脉的起始段。颈动脉两侧硬化斑所发生的部位没有较大的差异。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死疾病具有息息相关的关系,而颅外颈动脉粥样斑块症状的出现是引发缺血性脑梗死疾病的主要原因。运用高分辨率的彩超技术对脑梗死颈动脉斑块症状进行检查诊断,有助于对硬化斑块进行分类并科学判断颈动脉脉腔的狭窄程度,为选择科学的治疗方案与应急预案提供参考。

Color doppler flow imaging of carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction clinical value

Objective To take measures to carry out the research on the effectiveness of clinical application value of color doppler ultrasound in cerebral infarction patients with carotid artery plaque.Methods From the hospital were selected for this study in 70 patients with MRI or CT diagnosis of cerebral infarction patients as the observation group,while 70 cases by MRI and CT than in patients with cerebral infarction disease as control group,using high resolution ultrasound examination of carotid artery in the patients of the two groups of intima-media thickness,vessel diameter and the velocity of blood flow,and formation condition of cerebral infarction patients with carotid artery plaque and has no condition to carry on the contrast analysis.Results Through the examination of color doppler ultrasound of carotid artery,carotid plaque in hard spot the most,followed by flat plaque,soft plaque,at least for mixed stain.While the site in the clinical often attack as initial segments of carotid artery bifurcation,carotid artery trunk,internal and external carotid artery.No differences in the occurrence of carotid artery plaque on both sides of the site.Conclusion The disease of carotid atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction with relationship,and the emergence of extracranial carotid atherosclerotic plaque is a major cause of disease symptoms of ischemic cerebral infarction.Diagnosis of cere bral infarction were examined by color doppler ultrasound of carotid artery plaque symptoms technology with high res olution,contribute to atherosclerotic plaque and stenosis degree classification of scientific judgment of carotid pulse chamber,for the choice of treatment plan scientific and contingency plans to provide the science reference.
